Weyermann® CARAAROMA®
Weyermann® CARAAROMA® is made from the finest German quality brewing barley. It is a drum-roasted caramel malt made from two-row, German barley. Due to our special malting process, this malt has a unique and distinct aroma. CARAAROMA® delivers notes of roasted nuts, dark caramel, died fruit while imparting deep amber and red hues to the finished beer. It is characterized by the greatest possible aroma complexity and serves to intensify and to stabilize beer flavor and taste. The beer color is well rounded and receives a reddish shine. CARAAROMA® can also be used to add body to the beer. Great for Amber Ales and Lagers, Stouts, Porters, Bocks and Dunkel Lager.
