With enhanced Thiolized® capabilities, Helio Gazer™ boosts thiol biotransformation to free thiols 200x above sensory threshold, creating a supernova of tropical, passion fruit flavors and aromas. Even in the juiciest of IPAs, expect robust guava and New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc-like aromas along with the beloved sturdy haziness of its parent strain, British Ale V. Pair with mash hopping, grape-derived products or regional malt and hops for peak thiols.
For best results, use Phantasm Powder during whirlpool to add Thiol Precursors to your wort before fermentation.

WHAT MAKES HELIO GAZER UNIQUE?
What makes Helio Gazer different is its thiol output. During our internal test trials, we referred to it as an “amped up” version of Cosmic Punch. Helio Gazer and Cosmic Punch behave identically since they share the same parent strain, but Helio Gazer produces nearly 20x more thiols through biotransformation. It was designed solely for intensely aromatic, thiol-driven hazy IPAs.

The primary difference is application. While Cosmic Punch uses an activated IRC7 gene, Helio Gazer uses patB—the same as Star Party and Lunar Crush. PRODUCES STURDY HAZE
